Since 1978, the federal government has been dispensing cannabis to certain patients through a legal grower at the University of Mississippi. As of April 2014, four patients of the government program remain alive and still receive cannabis. Two of them receive 8oz and the two receive 9oz. Is it hypocritical to dispense marijuana and at the same time criminalize it?
