Colorado is seeing GREEN. Both kinds. And lots of it. The legal marijuana-market is far exceeding the $70 million annual tax-revenue estimate given to voters when legalization was initially proposed. Overall, the market is expected to generate $1 billion. 33% of Coloradans feel legalization has benefited the state, and now only 35% oppose it, versus the 44% who voted against.
