The Southeast region of the U.S. (as defined by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces) was a focal point for methamphetamine lab seizures, accounting for 37.2% of total seizures in 2010. Other frequently seized regions included the Great Lakes region (29.8%) and the West Central region (18.6%).
