In the United States, a good night's rest can be difficult to come by. Only about one in seven Americans can claim they wake up every morning feeling refreshed and awake. For the rest of us, at least one day of the week we struggle with fatigue. Nearly four in ten Americans wake up feeling tired the majority of the week.
