As if you needed another reason to stay in bed just a little longer, a recent study found that people who sleep an average of 8 hours per night had the highest levels of well-being (measured by an analysis of an individual's financial, social, physical, community and 'purpose' well-being scores). This trend begins to drop off after 8 hours, with people getting 9 - 10 hours a night being no better off than those who get 7. Everything in moderation!
