They're all women. Liberia is one of the most affected countries in the recent Ebola outbreak. Structurally, women in Liberia care for the sick, and it's literaly killing them. Women are typically caretakers and first to respond when their loved ones are unwell. In this way, gendered structural factors play a part in determining who lives and who dies.
