As the MLB honors Jackie Robinson, many have called attention to the continued racial in-equality found in professional baseball. The Society for American Baseball History reports that by 2005, the MLB had numbers of African American players comparable to the 1960's. A USA Today survey of opening day 2014 rosters reveals that this trend is still continuing.
