As of the end of November, Congress has passed only 52 bills since January, making 2013 the third consecutive year under 100 bills passed. It’s not just partisanship to blame, but also infighting within the parties and dwindling numbers of moderates.
That is a good thing! When they are passing bills they often do more damage than good. If they want to get productive - I would like to see them repeal some of the junk they put out while being "productive"!
