The extent to which people practice their religion or not is often seen as a predictor of which way they would vote in an election. Gallup, however, reveals that this is largely true only for white Americans. Very religious black, Asian, and Hispanic Americans are all more likely to vote Democrat, and at similar rates to their nonreligious counterparts.
