Nearly 70% of all users on Pinterest are women, yet they only make up 40% of the company's employees. Though this number does not seem overwhelmingly positive, their tech company counterparts are even less gender diversified. Only 17% of Google's employees are women. Pinterest is taking a step in the right direction, but they still have a ways to go.
