According to Kansas Highway Patrol, total pot seizures in Kansas have fallen 1700lbs since the legalization of marijuana in Colorado. However, Michele Leonhart, the head of the Drug Enforcement Administration, says Kansas has seen a 61% increase in seizures of marijuana that could be traced to Colorado. This may mean more tickets issued in Kansas for smaller amounts of marijuana.
