New polling has revealed that the Supreme Court's overall favorability rating has dropped below 50% for the first time in nearly three decades. This loss of favorability comes after a number of potentially polarizing decisions were handed down, including rulings which supported same sex marriage, and the striking down of key provisions of the Voting Rights Act.
