A recent Gallup poll shows that Israel remains the most favorably-viewed nation in the Middle East. (The survey included "Palestinian Authority" as a "nation" though it is not actually one). Israel's high approval percentage surpasses second-place Egypt by nearly 30 percent. Americans remain very supportive of the Jewish state.
