Flu season is upon us, and with it comes all the frustrating coughing, sniffling, and fevers that everyone is trying to avoid. The million dollar question, then, is what steps can one take to increase their chances of surviving the flu season. According to a recent Harris Interactive poll, Americans almost universally agree that being well rested, washing your hands and keeping a healthy diet can help prevent you from getting sick. Ironically though, only 68% believe that getting the flu shot will help.
