A recent study conducted by the Pew Research Center from Aug. 21-31 compared the amount of airtime spent reporting vs. the amount of time spent presenting opinions and politically-polarized commentary. In terms of reporting, CNN came out on top with 86% reported pieces vs. 14% opinion. At the other end of the spectrum, Fox News displayed a 59/41% split.
