White people make up a large percentage of part-time government workers; larger than their representation in people with full-time government employment. As far as the Indian population I personally find it offensive that the data does not refer to the group as Native Americans. Apart from that, I believe it makes sense that they would represent the smallest portion of government both as a result of their segregation into reservations with their own governing structures and their low representation in the American tapestry.
