These charts show that even though the number of female CEO's is increasing and reached an all-time high in 2014, female CEOs of Fortune 500 companies still make MUCH less than male CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Also, the highest paid male CEO makes so much more above average than the highest paid female salary.

Love this. Great data. I think the 2nd chart would be even better broken out into 2 charts. That would make the difference in average salaries easier to see.
