Certain drugs show significant variation in their availability throughout the US, methamphetamine is 2x more common in the Pacific and Southwest, while being extremely rare in NY/NJ. The Mid-Atlantic is highest in availability of heroin, while the Southeast is the indisputable drug capital, leading in prescription-drugs, powdered-cocaine, and crack-cocaine. Across the board, marijuana is the most popular dug, by far.
