In a surprising rejection of the Black Friday consumerism bombardment, most Americans believe that workers should have Thanksgiving off, even if there exists a demand for open stores. Even Thanksgiving weekend shoppers think stores should be closed, but as long as people keep stampeding in to the Walmarts and the Best Buys year after year, management will have workers clocking in hours to manage the rush.
