Aside from St. Louis, which is in the area, all of the towns listed on the chart share a border with Ferguson, MO. Jennings aside, which has bucked the trend and had median list price increase since October, everywhere else in the area is falling (or staying the same in the case of Normandy). The drop in the list price in Ferguson is particularly noticeable, with a 22% drop in value.
