The U.S. Postal Service is unambiguously the most approved of federal agency of those that were polled on, with the FBI taking a not-so-close second. The CDC had formerly been at 60% Excellent or Good ratings, but dropped in the wake of the events surrounding the Ebola incidents in the U.S. The Veterans Administration is perceived so poorly that even the IRS is viewed more favorably.
