With Congress' approval rating languishing at a dismal 15 percent, Americans have many different opinions about what should be done to fix Congress. The plurality of Americans, nearly one out of every four respondents, believe that the answer is to fire everyone in Congress, while the second most popular response, unfortunately, is to have no opinion at all.
