While over one-in-three Americans tuned in for the most recent Super Bowl Championship, only about a tenth watched the President's State of the Union address on Tuesday. Americans are far more concerned about sports, reality TV, and singing tournaments than political agendas-- even following the invasion of two countries (2004) or at the start of a midterm election year (2014).
