This is definitely interesting. When making a comparison to stats from say 10 or 20 years ago. I would imagine after so much publicity and the hit documentary "Super Size Me," people have become more aware of how unhealthy fast food is and (hopefully) have reduced consumption. If you look at the gallup poll, numbers have actually moved in the direction of less fast food consumption. So although maybe something should be done to speed up the process the situation IS improving.
