How will the general public remember Antonin Scalia? The boisterous and maverick Supreme Court Justice passed away on February 13, and with his death marked an end to his textualist perspective on the bench. According to a recent study done by YouGov, a plurality of Americans approve of Scalia's work as a justice. Unfortunately, however, nearly thirty percent of the public don't know enough about this historic figure to pass judgement.
