Just about everyone understands how infuriating a poor internet connection can be. Watching your page fail to load as your precious time slips away is enough to grind anyone's gears. In these countries, however, those frustrating experiences are kept to a minimum. South Korea stands as the country with the fastest average internet connection. At 20.5 megabits per second, their internet speed is nearly double that of the United States, which despite inventing the internet, doesn't crack the top ten.
