Flu season is here again, and as people gear up for winter, a plurality of the public are not planning on obtaining their yearly vaccination. Despite the fact that the CDC reports that the influenza virus causes 49,000 deaths each year, almost one in two Americans plan to roll the dice with their health. Perhaps a victim of its own success, the flu vaccination is seen as ineffective by a substantial portion of the population.
