According to a recent study by Harris Interactive, the vast majority of Americans frequently turn off the lights, TV and other appliances when not in use. For most Americans, however, that is the extent of their energy efficiency. Only one in two Americans bother to replace their incandescent light bulbs with the energy-efficient florescent bulbs.
