This chart is suppose to be an estimated gain after the Academy Awards ceremonies, and see how much an can the awards be. This is an approximate numbers from the year 1990-2009. Best Picture of course getting the highest amount with 13.98 million dollars. Second place is surprising with Art direction getting 12.24 million estimated. The biggest loser of the chart is best supporting actress with an actual LOSS of 1.51 million dollars. It comes to show how awards can a bump to both the movie but also the studio that is financing the film.
