This graph shows the depth of the foreign fighters for ISIS and the fact that they do not come solely from the Middle East. The network of ISIS fighters continues to grow and more and more fighters want to join from other regions of the world.

To the best of my knowledge, never before has there been such a large, outspoken and successful haven for radical Sunni Islam. It is bound to attract foreign fighters from around the world, given that they permanently control physical territory and have been adept at staying squarely in the public image with act after controversial act.
