In the rankings of the least corrupt nations, the US barely made the top-20, while the developed nations of Israel, Italy, and Greece, were substantially behind much of the rest of the Western world. The least corrupt nations were New Zealand, Denmark, and Sweden (90); the most corrupt: North Korea, Somalia, and Afghanistan (8).
