Since 1980, women have had higher voter turnout rates than men for presidential elections. The proportion of eligible female voters who voted surpassed the proportion of eligible male voters who voted in elections since 1980. With higher voter turnout rates, women are doing their part at the polls. However, with no female president, are their efforts being represented?
