Afghans may be skeptical of their nation's stability after international troops leave, but they are confident in their own military. Many shifts in power are taking place, from newly appointed President Ashraf Ghani being sworn in to power, to the full installment of the Afghan military, which assumed responsibility over security on January 1st, 2015.
