Americans are uncertain as to whether or not illegal immigrants should be allowed to serve in the military. A plurality are opposed, while a significant number have not decided either way.
My grandpa earned his U.S. citizenship by enlisting in the army during WWI. My view is if you serve this country, you should have the right to become a citizen as a result.
