How much does it cost to produce electricity? The Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) is often used as a measure of economic competitiveness of different sources of electric generation. The chart shows predictions for new sources in 2019, and does not include subsidies or estimated external costs.

For those that don't want to have to go look it up: Levelized cost spreads the cost of big upfront expenses (such as building power plants) over the lifetime of that investment. So if a power plant cost $50 million to build and lasted 50 years, $1 million each year would be incorporated in the levelized cost.
