In the U.S., an alarming rate of disabled student are being tossed into isolation and various forms of restraint in the public and charter school education systems. Though they only make up a small percentage of the student population, they are most likely to suffer these forms of "discipline". These students are affected by autism, blindness, and other disabilities.
