In the 7 Rivers region of Wisconsin, the Fifth Season Co-op is strengthening the local economy by democratizing who owns it. This co-op is building a local food system to foster economic and ecological sustainability in a region where most agriculture is exported and most agriculture consumed comes from elsewhere.
