The post 2008 policies coming from Washington DC under the Obama administration have not helped working class Americans recover, but they have helped the top 7% grow. There's nothing un-American about the wealthy prospering, but our politicians seem to be helping only those who can fund their campaigns.

This interpretation is entirely false and intentionally misleading. As the source you gathered this data from clearly states, nearly all of the differences in wealth growth sicne 2009 can be attributed to the dramatically improved stock and bond market as a result of investor confidence in the future of the American economy. As wealthy households' wealth comes primarily from such financial holdings, their assets skyrocketed with the stimulus precisely for the reason it would create jobs, increase the GDP, and prevent America from tumbling into another depression.

For statistics on the tremendous economic improvements caused by the stimulus policies of the Bush and Obama administrations, check out these two charts!
