A study of 7,700 U.S. workers found that only 1/3 feel energized by their work, and just 43% are passionate about it. On the flip side, just over 1/3 feel that they are in dead-end jobs, and 40% report feeling burnt out by their work. 84% of people say they are not in their dream job.
