Over the last few years, many tech industries have fared quite well. Businesses like Amazon, Facebook and Netflix have managed to generate significant growth and profit, though the same cannot be said for Apple. Indeed the whole smartphone industry seems to be taking a substantial hit, generating only 0.2% growth in the most recent quarter. That number is down from over 30% growth just two years prior.
