According to Human Resource Executive magazine (McGraw, 2005), one-third of U.S. workers waste at least twenty hours of time each month complaining about their bosses. According to a Gallup poll related in the book Squawk (Bradberry, 2008), decreased productivity from those workers who are dissatisfied with their bosses results in losses of $360 billion each year for U.S. corporations.
