From our annual Labor Day compilation of polls on job attitudes: Gallup’s August 2013 survey showed 69% were completely or somewhat satisfied with the amount of money they earned. Satisfaction in this area edged up slightly in 2009, perhaps because those with jobs were happy to have them.
