According to the Economist Intelligence Unit, the world economy is projected to grow at a rate of 2.9 percent for the year 2015. Some regions of the globe, however, are growing much faster than others. Located in Asia, the country of Papua New Guinea is the fastest growing nation in the world, with a GDP growth rate of nearly 15 percent.
