There remains a gulf between white and black Americans' views on whether or not racism still constitutes a problem in the United States. White Americans are twice as likely to say racism is either a 'small problem' or not a problem at all. Black Americans, on the other hand, are twice as likely to say that racism remains a 'big problem' in the present day.
