Turkeys may be all the rage for Thanksgiving and other holidays, but beef may be our undoing as one of the most environmentally unfriendly foods we can eat. Eventually even the climate deniers will have to admit that certain of our human habits are unsustainable as more people worldwide scrape their way into the middle class.
