A recent study (Koys, 2010) compared the predictive validity of different measures used to determine admission to an MBA program. It was found that GMAT scores correlated strongly (r=.6) with final GPA in the MBA program. Surprisingly, undergraduate GPA was completely orthogonal to GPA at the end of the MBA program. One can not predict the GPA of the MBA student from his or her undergraduate GPA whatsoever.
