While it is no surprise that with increasing obesity, there is an increase in diabetes diagnoses, here are the numbers. Over the last decade, around a quarter of the population has been estimated to be obese. This is in correlation to the increasing percentages of adult diagnosed diabetes. If the US can turn around the obesity trend, can we change the diagnoses?
