While Hershey's Chocolate brand uses the slogan "Raise the Bar", I suggest we lower it. Many people simply just look at calories when deciding what foods to eat and see that 240 calories, for your once a day snack, is only 12% of your allotted calories. But looking at grams of fat is what tells the whole story. For an average diet, nutritionists recommend 60 g of fat. Thus, a Hershey bar would be between 10-19% of the daily amount for just one snack. Hershey bars all have high amounts of sugar, calories and fat but knowing which has less may make indulging a little bit easier, and healthier!
