Men seem to prefer for women to change their names. 63% of Men's Health readers reported they would be upset if their wives kept their maiden names, and 96% scoffed at taking their wife's name. A 2013 poll revealed that more than 60% surveyed reported that women should change their names after marriage. This presents a complicated situation for women.
