Possibly. Broadband company caps range from none at all to penalties for exceeding a mere 50GB of date/month. Since 2011 caps have become more common and have include fewer exceptions. The times when coverage costs were paid on a case by case basis are long gone. Today, if you go over your data limit you pay overage costs. Period.
